For when a school, class, Beaver group etc, comes to the library. Library induction, reading for pleasure etc.

Class Visit

Business Plan Target: TBC physical class visits and school visits across the county. Offer virtual class visits (if schools would prefer virtual assembly).

A selection of games will be available to play, from Scrabble to Pass the Pigs!

All ages welcome.

Please note: Our regular storytime session on 6th June 2025 will be replaced with a very special dual language, English and British Sign Language storytime instead! More information on this session is included below, or can be found on our website here. Our usual storytimes will commence again from the following week (13th June 2025). We hope you can join us for our special one too!

 

Dual Language English and British Sign Language Storytime

10.30 to 11am

This week's story time is a special one - we'll be joined by East Sussex Hearing, who will be signing our stories alongside us, while we read them aloud in English.

Open to all, non-hearing and hearing alike. Come and enjoy the stories in your first language, or learn more about British Sign Language and d/Deaf culture.

Free event, no need to book. Just drop in to join in!
