An Act for paving, cleansing, lighting, improving, and regulating the streets, lanes and other publick passages and places, and for repairing the highways, within the Parish of Saint Clement in the town of Hastings, in the county of Sussex : and for removing and preventing nuisances, annoyances, obstructions, and incroachments, within the said town and port
