Critically acclaimed football and social history author, Daniel Gray, is coming to Hastings Library.
His The Silence of the Stands : finding the joy in football's lost season was longlisted for the 2023 Sports Book of the Year Award.
Daniel will join us for a humorous and insightful discussion about the beautiful game.
He will also talk about his new book,Food of the Cods, which ponders the magic of chippies and rejoices in the delights they have sprinkled among us over the last 150 years.
