Raising joy and dough wherever she goes, local baker and author Lacey Ostermann joins us for a fun and engaging discussion about bread, books and what it’s like to be a social media sensation.
After going viral for her deliciously inventive and easy to follow recipes online, Lacey published her first cookbook - '3 doughs, 60 recipes: sandwich bread, focaccia and pizza' - in 2025. Described as "...the perfect book for bread beginners or for experienced bakers who crave a little carby inspiration", it features a veritable feast of ideas - including all of Lacey's best loved recipes, like her same day focaccia and the not-to-be-missed hot chocolate version.
This event also features an audience Q&A and a book signing. Lacey's book can be borrowed from your local East Sussex Library for free, and will be on sale the day of the event for those wishing to purchase a copy.
