NHS Health Checks- Hampden Park Library

Health Check includes Blood Pressure, Heart Rate, BMI, Cholesterol, Diabetes Assessment and Healthy Eating/ Lifestyle advice based on the results.

Eligibility criteria: Age 40-74 Without pre-existing heart/kidney conditions or diabetes; NOT on blood pressure/cholesterol medications; NOT previously suffered a heart attack or stroke.

Must be booked at library counter or by calling 0345 60 80 196.
