One You can help people make simple changes that can lead to a longer, healthier, and happier life. Our service helps residents to be smoke free, eat well, move more, drink less and lose weight. Our service also offers NHS health checks, to those aged between 40-74 and qualify for one. Our Health Check Practitioners can deliver the Health Check in person or on our mobile van called COLIN, which we take out and about into the Community.
